Nonpublic Schools

The Nonpublic School Department consists of school psychologists and program specialists who serve as the liaison between member school districts and local Nonpublic Schools. The NPS liaisons provide case management for students placed in Nonpublic Schools via the IEP process. By working closely with member school districts, Nonpublic Schools, students and parents, the Nonpuclic School Liaison builds a support network to provide students with the best education experience. 

The NPS Liaison:

  • Coordinates placement
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for school related matters
  • Case manages and conducts assessments in collaboration with NPS providers
  • Assists families with school related issues
  • Forges partnerships with school districts, non-public schools and families
